crossing off.

Earlier I made a to-do list. I finished 75% of the tasks.
I made wheat bread.
It is DElicious!
It reminds me of Longhorn's bread that comes out on the block of wood.
I made one adjustment
I did not use bread flour. I used about 3 heaping cups wheat flour & 2 cups all-purpose
It is dense & yummy. very filling.
I recommend the recipe & the blog.
No planting outside. That Alabama heat is no fun.
And I am almost finished with laundry. ALMOST.
I'm happy I'm done editing the little man above's photos. He's one happy little fellow. I'm going to package up his mommy's cd and get it ready to ship to the next town over.

Today

On the agenda
1. Make homemade wheat bread (yeast &all)
2. Plant all the plants I still have in the pots from the store ('buy one, get one free' got me in trouble)
3. LAUNDRY. All of my clothes + bedding will be clean & put away by the end on the day
4. Finish editing pictures I took way too long ago.

Four is a small number, but I have a feeling it will turn into an all day event.
Have a great day! Glad my boss got confused and gave me the day off.

dreams. LOTS
I brought in the month of May and turned 25 in the city of my dreams. PORTLAND, OREGON. It was one of the best trips and cities of my 25 years. I loved the way of life and the atmosphere. Hands down, it is far more friendly than the South. I was very sad to come home to drama and sticky humidity. I will go back.
