I love animals! Especially dogs! I was very sad to see this posted by a friend on Facebook. These poor babies are going to be put down! They have numbers like inmates.
Tell yo friends! Tell yo neighbors. Please save the babies!! It's heartbreaking that these pups lives are on the limb like this.
